Our sweet sourdough is unique and distinct. It has originated from my mother’s 1982 starter. This creates a dynamic of savory sweet and unlike any other recipe!

Our sourdough starters have become stronger and increasingly reactive the more we work them.

Our rye and pumpernickel are made with the best flours and finest grade of molasses available. We support our local East Tennessee Amish Market with every purchase of these high quality ingredients.
